Growth Coaching
Typically for high potential and more senior leaders. The focus is on strategy + culture + leadership.
• Aims to develop the individual's potential and personal growth
• Focuses on long-term development
• Encourages self-discovery and self-improvement
Individual Coaching (IC)
Individual coaching is a one-on-one coaching session between a coach and a coachee. It can focus more on personal growth, or more on operational performance. The North Star Objective determines the primary focus.
Group Coaching (GC)
Group coaching involves coaching a groups of individuals to strengthen or create direction, alignment, and commitment towards share goals or purpose. GC increases team cohesion and collaboration.
Executive Coaching (EC)
Executive coaching focuses on strategy, culture, and leadership. EC helps leaders to be more human, empathizing and connecting better with others, while supporting navigation of complex business challenges.
